Career Opportunities

As our practice continues to grow two exciting career opportunities have arisen to join our team.

We are a progressive Chartered Accountancy practice based in North Cumbria but serving clients nationally.  As our practice continues to grow two exciting career opportunities have arisen to join our team.  We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about their work with both clients and fellow team members as we strive to grow and improve the services we provide.  Ideally, both roles will be on a full time basis but part time working may be considered.  The roles will offer rewarding salary and pension packages.

Our first vacancy is for a Chartered Accountant, or a person with an equivalent qualification.  This individual will be looking to grow their knowledge and develop a portfolio of clients over the coming years.  If you are interested in this role your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Carrying out reviews of client files and assisting with their tax and business planning needs. This will require a rounded tax knowledge including but not limited to income, corporation, capital gains and value added tax;

  • Acquiring the knowledge and skills required to successfully grow and manage your own client portfolio into the future; and
  • Being a key member of internal teams created to manage clients through legislative challenges as they arise, for example making tax digital.

The CTA qualification would be beneficial but is not essential and we will provide the training and support needed to develop your career.

Experienced Accounts Assistant/Accounts Senior
