The deferred VAT can either be paid in full or in instalments using the VAT deferral new payment scheme.
The online service will be open between 23 February and 21 June 2021 for the VAT deferral new payment scheme; the scheme allows you to pay the liability over 2 to 11 months (depending on when you join) in equal instalments; interest free.
Before joining, you must be up to date with your VAT returns.
If you join the scheme, you can still have a Time to Pay arrangement for other HMRC debts and outstanding tax.
